Blast freezer
Food mixer with whisk Microwave
Freezer
Silicone mould
Scales
Plastic piping bag
Plastic jug
Scissors
2 x Plastic trays
Cooling wire
Palette knife
2 x Angled palette knives
2 x Paper cups
Plastic bowl
Spatula
Digital thermometer probe Display plate

Ingredients:

500g Pre-made gelato of the flavour of your choice (stored at between -12 to -13)
500g Double cream
Flavour paste (if your gelato is flavoured; you will need the same flavour for your cream)
Sponge (for the base of the cake 7-10cm thick)
Mirror glaze (this can be pre flavoured and coloured from our range or you can use the neutral and colour it)
