Chocolate is such a versatile ingredient to work with, and the beauty of having the knowledge and ability to make your own chocolate is that it means you are completely unique. The key is to constantly experiment with weird and wonderful flavour combinations and moulds, and make them your own. It is what will set you apart from the competition. Create your USP – it is what customers will remember you for and what will keep them coming back for more.
