Mark Eastman joins Henley Bridge to enhance its presence in the Ice Cream Sector.
Henley Bridge are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Eastman as Business Development Manager to further enhance our presence in the ice cream sector.
Mark brings to over 10 years’ experience in the ice cream and food service sectors, working for the likes of Hancock’s, Fresh Direct and Beechdean Ice Cream amongst others. Mark completed his studies in gelato production in Italy at the Carpigani University and his area of expertise lies in the ice cream and gelato sector, where he has spent his time developing recipes for high street chains.
In his new role, Mark will cover customers in London, the Home Counties, East Anglia and the South & South West Region.
