Another nostalgic classic is the After Eight Mint. Take it to the next level by creating After Eight Cremini.

 

Ingredients

1 litre White base

40g Irca Joypaste white mint

Rubicone Black Hawaii Paste for the top

 

Method

Batch freeze your white mint gelato and place it in your container and flatten it off with a spatula or pallet knife.

Blast freeze for 10 minutes then pour on a layer of Joycream black and freeze.

 

Serving suggestion

Serve in a cone or tub or why not use a chocolate cup.
