Chocolate and orange? YES! Rich dark chocolate meets candied orange pieces and concentrated flavour paste for a true match in brownie heaven.

Serves: 1 half gastro tray 9 portions (dependent on size cut)
250g Caster sugar
3 whole eggs
110g Plain flour
Pinch of salt
180g Belcolade melted dark chocolate
50g Irca orange joypaste
50g Belcolade white chocolate chunks
50g Belcolade dark chocolate chunks
50g Candied orange strips (plus extra for the top)
In a kitchen aid beat together the butter and sugar.
Once white and fluffy, slowly add the eggs one by one.
In stages add the flour and salt alternating with the melted dark chocolate and orange paste.
Remove from the machine and by hand incorporate the candied orange pieces and chocolate chunks.
Place mixture into a lined half gastro tray and bake at 170c for 20 minutes.
