Amarena cherry cheesecake

Ingredients
4 litres Rubicone White Base
160g Irca Mascarpone Powder
Rubicone Sour Amarena Cherry Rippling Sauce (with whole cherries)
Sosa Biscuit Pieces (speculoos)
Method
Blend together and batch freeze, on extraction ripple in Sour Cherry Amarena Variegato and Biscuit Pieces.
Coffee espresso

Ingredients
Barbara Decor Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans
Method
Blend together and batch freeze, add in Chocolate Coated Coffee Beans (optional).
Chocolate chip stracciatella

Ingredients
Belcolade Milk Chocolate Shavings
Belcolade Milk Chocolate (melted)
Method
Blend together and batch freeze, on extraction add Chocolate Shavings as an inclusion and ripple in melted chocolate Straccialtella.
Lemon sorbet

Ingredients
Water 3 litres

Batch freeze extract and decorate with fresh lemon slices coated in sugar syrup (optional)
