Smoothies are a summer staple and a great way to get extra fruit and veg into kids. This two ingredient recipe is as cost effective as it is easy to make, it's also fresh and delicious.
It's a great way to start the day or have as an afternoon pick me up and all you need is a blender (if you don't have a blender, use crushed ice and shake).
Ingredients500ml Strawberry Fruit Puree
500ml Banana Fruit Puree
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Decorate with fresh strawberries.
