Steve Excellent milk chocolate
This is a superb milk chocolate. It’s wonderful to use for moulded bars, divine when used in ganache, especially coffee flavour, whiskey, brandy and rum. Has a taste that really delights. The only problem is, it sells out so fast, and seems so difficult to get hold of!
