These white chocolate baking chips have the right, royal size to surprise in cakes, muffins, cookies, rolls and Danish. They will add a great creamy-caramelly taste and a subtle snap without melting away during baking (these chips have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them resist oven temperatures up to 200C). Our chefs recommend mixing them into the dough at the end of the kneading process to prevent colouring of the dough or melting of the drops during kneading.
