Cacao Barry plein aroma cocoa powder is a 100% pure cocoa powder with 22 – 24% fat and medium brown in colour. It is alkalised for a gentler, less acidic flavour and has a fragrant, chocolately taste.
It is perfect for coating truffles or blending into bakery mixes, biscuit dough, sauces, creams and ice cream.
