This coloured cocoa butter allows chocolatiers to create vibrancy in their creations with exceptional ease. Due to its fat-based content, the cocoa butter is ideal for colouring pralines and chocolates. To achieve optimal results, warm the cocoa butter to 30-33¡C, then apply. The quantity can be adjusted according to the recipe and desired colour intensity.
