Fabulous flavour
This 50% chocolate has a lovely chocolaty flavour, very balanced , not to sweet, very balanced.
Delicious Madagascan milk chocolate
I recently tried this milk chocolate for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. It flows beautifully and was easy to temper. I like the size of the drops and 1kg bags and the taste is just so good. I thought I’d found a perfect couverture previously, until I found this one!
