We’re Henley Bridge, a food ingredients distribution company stocking 1,500+ products from 90+ brands. We’re here to help chefs, chocolatiers, bakers, ice cream manufacturers, gelato & dessert parlours create moments of magic.

Our journey begins as Henley Bridge Ingredients Ltd is launched to provide sugar and confectionery to small and medium companies, working out of a converted barn on a local farm!


After 8 years at the farm and many happy customers it was time to move to a fully racked ware house in Uckfield


After more rapid growth we soon outgrew our home in Uckfield and moved to a 30,000 square foot warehouse facility in Lewes (our home today)


Shortly after our move to Lewes we launched the Chocademy, offering chocolate training courses for aspiring chocolatiers


We also achieved our first double AA BRC rating and have never looked back!


After years of servicing small and medium businesses we entered the Foodservice sector and began working with all the major foodservice groups


When we heard Chocolat Madagascar’s story we fell in love and knew we had to be a part of it, so we were delighted to become the exclusive UK distributor 


Having been supplying ingredients to the ice cream sector since the very early days, in 2014 we launched our first range of dedicated gelato products becoming the exclusive UK distributor for Irca’s JoyGelato range


In 2015 we became a distributor for Sosa’s range of gastronomy products, dipping our toe for the first time into savoury ingredients


We hired our first development chef, Bake off Creme De La Creme winner and UK Junior Chocolate Master 2014, Samantha Rain


We also launched our professional development kitchen to offer innovation and training to chefs, chocolatiers, bakers and gelato makers


This was our first foray into the National Ice Cream awards, and we only went and won! We were awarded a class trophy in the supply house class for our hazelnut gelato


Back at the National Ice Cream awards for the second year and we won again! This time best new flavour for our Turkish Delight gelato


Adding another exclusive product to our range we launched Rubicone (creators of the world’s first semi-finished gelato products) into the UK market


In an industry first we became the only company ever to win two (yes two!) supplier awards at the National Ice Cream awards!! Taking home Best Supply House for our strawberry and best New Flavour for our salted caramel ripple


We joined The Albex Group, opening up an exciting new world of opportunities


After more than 20 years with the original brand, we launched an updated and refreshed identity for Henley Bridge.


We became the exclusive UK distributor of Norohy Vanilla and the Sosa Home Gourmet range


We’re a team of 60 passionate folk dedicated to the success of our customers and suppliers


We held our first ever Henley Bridge Day of Excellence event
