Report a damage
You can use our online service to let us know if one of the products you've received has been damaged.
To report a damage you will need the following information:
- Your email address
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item/s
- A photo of the product packaging
- A photo of the delivery packaging including the shipping label
If you have all this information ready, please fill out the form below.
Please note: Damages need to be reported within 72 hours of receipt of delivery as per our terms and conditions. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before a member of our team has contacted you as we may need to arrange collection.
