Report a damage
You can use our online service to let us know if one of the products you've received has been damaged.
To report a damage you will need the following information:
Your email address
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item/s
A photo of the product packaging
A photo of the delivery packaging including the shipping label

Please note: Damages need to be reported within 72 hours of receipt of delivery as per our terms and conditions. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before a member of our team has contacted you as we may need to arrange collection.
*Replacements are dependant on stock availability.
