SOC Chef's Ascorbic Acid is a natural ingredient, derived from sugar. Also known as vitamin c powder, this ingredient can be used either hot or cold. Providing a multitude of benefits, Ascorbic Acid helps to naturally preserve your creations and extending the shelf-life of baked goods.
