SOC Chef’s Xanthan Gum is a natural thickener that is suitable for both hot and cold applications, while also allowing for alcohol thickening. Available in a 140g tub, this Xanthan Gum can be applied to liquid and dry ingredients. When adding to a liquid, mix with a hand blender or, as a dry ingredient, combine with sugar, salt or starch. This ingredient has a high absorption capacity and is ideal for making egg-free mayonnaise.
