This caramel crumble cream offers exceptional quality and performance through ambient temperature, refrigeration and freezing. Ideal for bakers and pâtissiers, the cream can be used for cake coverings and fillings, and in pastries, ganache, icing and pralines. This cream can be melted at 28-30°C for direct application and for use in a planetary mixer or soc à poche.
