SOC Chef's cayenne pods are ideal for adding flavour and heat to dishes. They can be used whole, as an infusion in soups, stews and sauces, or ground to a powder to apply to cooked or baked goods. Alternatively, grind down and add to salt or pepper for a flavoured seasoning which works well with BBQ and grilled meats and vegetables.
