SOC Chef's Glice Emul works as an emulsifier between fat and a liquid solution, providing volume and stability. This can be managed using the dosage - achieving a firmer texture, the higher the dose. Ideal for use in spreadable creams (made with oil or fat), vegan butter and vegan crumble.
- Powder format
- Emulsifying agent
- Dissolve at 60°C with fat or oil, leave to cool to obtain a spreadable cream
- Heat resistant up to 60°C
- Recommended dose is 10 - 70g per litre
