SOC Chef's Sucro Emul is a natural emulsifier that is soluble in hot and cold water, and in alcohol. It is insoluble in fat. Available in a 140g tub, provides good stability and does not add flavour.

- Derived from sucrose
- Creates stable hot and cold airs, foams hold structure for approximately 30 mins
- Resistant up to 70°C
- Recommended dose is 7 - 15g per litre
