SOC Chef's Guar Gum is naturally derived from the Guar plant. This ingredient acts as an emulsifier and stabiliser, which is not affected by acidity. Working well in sauces, doughs and fillings, this Guar Gum adds strength to dairy-based products, improves the mixing of bread doughs and is ideal for gluten-free baking.

- Reduces water loss when thawed after freezing, in confectionery
- Dissolve in hot or cold, with a hand blender
- Freeze stable
- Recommended dose is 2 - 10g per litre
