SOC Chef's Inulin works as a thickening agent and stabiliser in cold applications, such as ice creams. Providing a sweet taste, this ingredients is ideal for sugar free preparations. To add this inulin, mix in slowly, with a hand blender, for a minimum of five minutes. Allow 12 hours rest for full hydration. Available in 150g tub, this inulin is insoluble in fat and can be used as a replacement for egg in some gelatins.
