SOC Chef's Yellow Pectin is a natural thickener or gellant, activated by the presence of sugar and SOC Chef's Citric Acid. Ideal for use in jams, jellies, custards and fillings. This yellow pectin is available in a 150g tub. Not suitable for freezing.

- Combine with sugar and incorporate at 40°C
- To activate, boil with SOC Chef's Citric Acid
- Recommended dosage: 2g to 10g per litre
