These bars are so easy to make and can be decorated with any ingredient of your choice. In this recipe we have used nuts and cacao nibs, which pairs beautifully with the dark chocolate.
25g roasted coco’s
20g roasted walnuts
30g roasted almonds
10g pistachio powder
Temper the Belcolade Cacao Trace selection noir (dark) sugar reduced chocolate and spread it out on a baking paper in a 3mm thick frame.
Remove the frame immediately and put the chocolate bark on a plastic corrugated sheet.
Immediately decorate the bark with these decorations and leave the chocolate to crystallise.
