Ingredients500g CasaLuker choco oat m!lk chocolate buttons 43% 15g Prova Gourmet rum flavoured cocoa butter |
MethodMelt and temper the chocolate with the cocoa butter. Flood the mould taking care of air bubbles (use a vibrating plate or tap repeatedly). Leave the chocolate to crystallise. |
