We implemented our first charity partnership with The Burnt Chef Project raising over £16k in 2 years.

After more than 20 years with the original brand, we launched an updated and refreshed identity for Henley Bridge.

We joined The Albex Group, opening up an exciting new world of opportunities
2018
In an industry first we became the only company ever to win two (yes two!) supplier awards at the National Ice Cream awards!! Taking home Best Supply House for our strawberry and best New Flavour for our salted caramel ripple
2018
Adding another exclusive product to our range we launched Rubicone (creators of the world’s first semi-finished gelato products) into the UK market
2017
Back at the National Ice Cream awards for the second year and we won again! This time best new flavour for our Turkish Delight gelato
2016
This was our first foray into the National Ice Cream awards, and we only went and won! We were awarded a class trophy in the supply house class for our hazelnut gelato
2015
In 2015 we became a distributor for Sosa’s range of gastronomy products, dipping our toe for the first time into savoury ingredients
2014
Having been supplying ingredients to the ice cream sector since the very early days, in 2014 we launched our first range of dedicated gelato products becoming the exclusive UK distributor for Irca’s JoyGelato range
2013
When we heard Chocolat Madagascar’s story we fell in love and knew we had to be a part of it, so we were delighted to become the exclusive UK distributor
2012
After years of servicing small and medium businesses we entered the Foodservice sector and began working with all the major foodservice groups
2011
We also achieved our first double AA BRC rating and have never looked back!
2010
After more rapid growth we soon outgrew our home in Uckfield and moved to a 30,000 square foot warehouse facility in Lewes (our home today)
2008
After 8 years at the farm and many happy customers it was time to move to a fully racked ware house in Uckfield
1998
Our journey begins as Henley Bridge Ingredients Ltd is launched to provide sugar and confectionery to small and medium companies, working out of a converted barn on a local farm!

In many cases, yes! We know it’s important to try before you buy, especially with new or specialist ingredients. Just get in touch with our friendly team (sales@hbingredients.co.uk) and we’ll see what we can whisk up for you.
Why are some ingredients marked as 'Call to order'?
Why are some ingredients marked as 'Call to order'?
Some of our products are a little more delicate or need special care when it comes to delivery. To make sure they arrive in perfect condition, we ask that you give our friendly customer service team a quick call – they’ll help work out the best and safest way to get them to you. In some cases, products may also have order limits or require approval, which we can sort over the phone too. It’s all about making sure you get the right stuff, in the right way!

Henley Bridge delivers far and wide across the UK. If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, we’ll aim to offer a next-day delivery service. We work with trusted third-party couriers to get your ingredients to you as quickly as possible. While we always do our best to meet delivery timelines, there may occasionally be unexpected delays that are outside of our control – but rest assured, we’re always here to help!
