Shipping policy
Heatwave notice: Chocolate products may be affected by high temperatures during transit. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery and store products in a cool place as soon as they arrive.
Dispatch and delivery timings
We offer next working day delivery as standard on all UK orders placed before 2pm, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
Delivery is free on orders over £150. Orders between £50 and £150 are charged £8 for delivery and fulfilment. All orders must meet our minimum order value of £50 before any discounts are applied.
Some locations are excluded from our standard delivery service. For these areas, courier or haulier delivery fees are passed on at cost, and delivery may take up to two working days. Final delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout. Guideline prices are shown below:

Special opening hours
Bank holiday delivery
Spring bank holiday – Monday 25th May
- We will be closed for the bank holiday on Monday 25th May.
- The last date for orders before the bank holiday is before 2pm on Thursday 21st May.
- Orders placed before 2pm on Friday 22nd May will be delivered on Tuesday 26th May.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered on Wednesday 27th May.
Summer bank holiday – Monday 31st August
Orders placed by Friday 28th August will be delivered on Tuesday 1st September.
Christmas and New Year delivery
The festive season is one of the busiest times of the year, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
Christmas
- Place your order by Friday 18th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
- We may be able to accept orders until Monday 21st December, but this cannot be guaranteed due to potential courier delays.
- Orders placed from Wednesday 23rd December will be dispatched on Tuesday 29th December for delivery on Wednesday 30th December.
New Year
For delivery before New Year’s Eve, we advise customers to place their orders by Tuesday 29th December.
