Izzy started her culinary journey at just 13, working at a chocolate company, and has honed her skills in professional kitchens ever since. She loves combining Asian influences with classic European techniques. Izzy is passionate about sustainability and the stories behind her ingredients, believing that great food begins with great sourcing.
