Gelato Master & Sales Manager Steve Carrigan

Our gelato whizz with nearly 30 years of family ice cream heritage behind him, he co-founded his own ice cream business in Nantwich. He hasn’t stopped scooping since! Now a certified Gelato Master, Steve is passionate about crafting dreamy flavours. He brings a deep understanding of texture, balance and creativity to every recipe. Steve loves supporting UK makers, sharing tips and techniques to help their ideas shine.

Izzy started her culinary journey at just 13, working at a chocolate company, and has honed her skills in professional kitchens ever since. She loves combining Asian influences with classic European techniques. Izzy is passionate about sustainability and the stories behind her ingredients, believing that great food begins with great sourcing. Always curious, always experimenting – she’s all about dishes that surprise and delight.
