A decorative chocolate topping, ideal for chocolatiers, bakers and patissiers. Made with colours of natural origin, this coloured topping creates a neat finish and flowing drip effect on pastries, bakes and chocolate creations. For the best results, warm the topping in a water bath (no warmer than 40¡C), then shake. The warmer the topping, the looser the consistency and longer it will take to set. Best used within 30 days of opening.
