SOC Chef's Locust Bean Gum is naturally sourced from Carob tree. Available in a 50g pot, use this Locust Bean Gum as a thickener, stabiliser and gelling agent. This ingredient can also be used combined with other gums.
- Derived from Carob bean
- Dissolve between 80 - 90°C
- Suitable for use in most liquid-based applications
- Has more strength in dairy-based applications
- Recommended dose is 0.5 - 10g per litre
