4 Chicken (breast)

100g White wine

40g Balsamic Vinegar

1 Peach

Olive oil

Pepper

Method

Cook the chicken breasts in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Remove from the heat, add the white wine and reduce gently.

Add the yellow peach puree and a dash of balsamic vinegar.

Decorate with the cubed peach and the herbs.
