Ingredients30ml “Hispanic” style white rum 10ml “British” style dark rum 10ml Fresh lemon juice 10ml Simple sugar syrup 10ml Amontillado Sherry 20ml Port |
MethodRapidly shake all the ingredients, except the port, in a “rocks” glass. Filter and pour over crushed ice, piled on top. Finish off with 20ml of port. |
