Treat your customers to this delightfully refreshing tropical cocktail! Made using Boiron's pineapple puree and lemon juice, this drink is full of fabulously fruity flavours. 

Ingredients

40ml Boiron pineapple puree

30ml “Hispanic” style white rum 

10ml “British” style dark rum 

10ml Fresh lemon juice 

10ml Simple sugar syrup 

10ml Amontillado Sherry 

20ml Port

Method

Rapidly shake all the ingredients, except the port, in a “rocks” glass.

Filter and pour over crushed ice, piled on top.

Finish off with 20ml of port.
