Best chocolate
This is the best confectioner's chocolate I’ve ever used. Delicate, rich taste and natural, which is very important.
Great all rounder chocolate
This is a lovely, fluid chocolate with a great taste. Slightly more temperature sensitive than the Belcolade equivalent (which I also love!), but it has noticeably more fluidity and a smoother texture once set.
