A delicious raspberry flavouring, crafted from grade A fruit that has been 100% air-dried to preserve the nutrients, sweet flavour and prolong the shelf life. There's approximately 270 raspberries in each 90g bag, and 1500 raspberries in each 500g bag, blended with some apple to ensure that a balanced, sweet flavour is achieved. Ready-to-use, this powder blend is ideal for creating a big burst of fruity flavour in your bakes, beverages and desserts.
