Must be tempered before use
Melt in a steamer or bain-maire at temperatures above 105°F (40°C) but without exceeding 50°C
Do not use the microwave
Simply spray or brush into a mold to create stunning chocolate designs
To ensure your mixture is completely consistent, shake the bottle before use
