MethodIn a kitchen aid beat together the butter and sugar. Once white and fluffy, slowly add the eggs one by one. In stages add the flour and salt alternating with the melted dark chocolate and orange paste. Remove from the machine and by hand incorporate the candied orange pieces and chocolate chunks. Place mixture into a lined half gastro tray and bake at 170c for 20 minutes. |
