Ingredients750g Rubicone Happy Hour sorbet base mix 750g Sucranna granulated sugar 2.5 litres rosé wine 2.5 litres water | MethodBlend the ingredients together until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow mix to rest for 20 minutes. Transfer mix to the batch freezer. |
