Tahitian vanilla
Bursting with an aromatic bouquet made up of over 200 molecules. Its oily, aroma-rich beans offer intense aniseed and floral notes with a hint of almond, tonka bean and balsamic vinegar. Norohy Tahitian Vanilla Pods are available in two sizes - 14-17cm and 18-20cm – and both are sold in two pack sizes: 125g and 250g. A Tahiti Vanilla Store Kit is also available.
Vanifusion (500g tub)
An organic vanilla pod paste which has been developed in collaboration with pastry chefs from L’Ecole Valrhona. Using all of parts of the pod, it adds the delicate and intense character of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar to culinary creations in one simple step (5g of paste = 3g of vanilla pod).
Norohy Organic Bourbon Vanilla Extract (1kg bottle)
Guarantees intense woody vanilla notes – 20g has the same vanillin content as an entire vanilla pod – saving time without compromising on quality or presentation. Made in France, this unique recipe uses Madagascan vanilla pods and organic cane sugar syrup, and is free from artificial colourings and additives.
