Vegan Chocolate Dessert
This tempting dessert perfectly caters to everybody including vegans. The smooth richness of the chocolate combined with the crunchiness of the cashews makes for an experience for all the senses.

Milc ganash

Ingredients 

400g Chocolat Madagascar Milc Chocolate 40% (chopped)
250g Almond Milk

Method

Bring the Almond Milk to the boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Leave for a moment to melt the chocolate and then use a hand blender to create an emulsion. Pour into desired serving dish and chill.

Banana gel

Ingredients

200g Banana Fruit puree
50g Stock Syrup
10g Sosa Gelcrem Cold

Method

Mix all the ingredients together with a hand blender and blend until a smooth consistency is reached. Leave for 30 minutes to hydrate and blend again.

Banana caramel

Ingredients

200g Caster sugar
100g Banana Fruit puree (warmed)

Method

Caramelise the sugar and once a golden brown colour has been reached, slowly add in the warmed banana puree, constantly mixing until fully incorporated. Then chill.
