Ingredients350g cream cheese 3g ground ginger 7g Prova Gourmet vanilla paste 150ml double cream (semi whipped) | MethodIn a kitchen aid, beat together the cream cheese icing sugar, vanilla and spices until all fully combined. Remove from the machine and fold through the whipped cream. Place mixture into the desired ring or mould and allow to firm up in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove the ring and cut to desired size. |
