Chocolatree’s cocoa butter range is available in 11 vibrant shades and they provide an easy solution for time-pressed chocolatiers, bakers and pastry chefs.

Chocolatree coloured cocoa butter range is available in 200g bottles in 11 stunning shades: orange, black, brown, red, purple, yellow, pink, dark green, light green, dark blue and midnight blue. All contain natural colours and are free from E171.
Simply, melt in a steamer or bain-marie at temperatures above 105°F (40°C) but without exceeding 50°C and temper before use.
Add to a spray gun, airbrush or paint directly into your moulds and shake before use.
