A different twist to a standard punch. The bergamot, hints of citrus and sweet floral note flavours of the Earl Grey work beautifully with the gin, juices and aromatic bitters.
Ingredients10cl Dilmah Earl Grey tea 5cl London dry gin 7cl cloudy apple juice 2cl lemon juice 2 drops aromatic bitters top with Cava |
MethodShake together all the ingredients, except the Cava. Pour into a glass, top with the Cava and add ice cubes. |
