Passion fruit, Sencha tea and shiso Tom Collins cocktail


Embrace the summer, with this refreshing cocktail using the passion fruit ambient puree from Boiron. 

Ingredients

20ml Boiron passion fruit, fruit puree

50ml Dilmah Sencha tea infused Gin (2x tea bags per bottle at room temperature for 5 mins) 

10ml Lemon juice

10ml Simple syrup

Soda

Shiso - 2 leaves 

Method

Shake and fine strain all ingredients, including 1 shiso leaf, into a tall glass with ice.

Top up with soda.

Garnish with shiso leaf.
