Ingredients20ml Boiron passion fruit, fruit puree 50ml Dilmah Sencha tea infused Gin (2x tea bags per bottle at room temperature for 5 mins) 10ml Lemon juice 10ml Simple syrup Soda Shiso - 2 leaves |
MethodShake and fine strain all ingredients, including 1 shiso leaf, into a tall glass with ice. Top up with soda. Garnish with shiso leaf. |
