Embrace the summer, with this refreshing cocktail using the passion fruit ambient puree from Boiron.
50ml Dilmah Sencha tea infused Gin (2x tea bags per bottle at room temperature for 5 mins)
10ml Lemon juice
10ml Simple syrup
Shiso - 2 leaves
Shake and fine strain all ingredients, including 1 shiso leaf, into a tall glass with ice.
Top up with soda.
Garnish with shiso leaf.
