Ingredients50ml Blended Scotch Whisky 25ml lemon juice 15ml agave 3ml paeychaud bitters 1/2 tsp Sosa albumina (egg white) 60ml fever tree ginger ale |
MethodAdd all the ingredients together, shake and top up. |
Serve
Serve in a tall glass and garnish with Taura orange pieces. |
