This pink margarita is completely alcohol-free. Made with the fruit purees from Leonce Blanc and lemon zest, it's perfect for a Mother's Day special treat.
Ingredients(for 2 glasses) Water 5g sugar 30ml/1.01oz Leonce Blanc lemon puree 30ml/1.01oz Leonce Blanc strawberry puree 10ml/0.34oz lemon zest Crushed ice 1 slice of lemon for presentation UtensilsSaucepan Shaker Margarita glass |
MethodDissolve the sugar in water in the saucepan. Leave to cool at room temperature. Add the lemon puree, strawberry puree and lemon zest. Leave to rest in the fridge. In a shaker, combine the mixture with the crushed ice. Pour into a glass and add a slice of lemon. |
