Hazelnut crumble
Ingredients20g water Salt 100g caster sugar 100g plain flour |
MethodMelt the Glicemul and Hazelnut Pure Paste and heat to 60°C. Once the Glicemul is dissolved add the water and emulsify. Add all the solids and mix it until a homogeneous texture is achieved. Lay the mixture irregularly on parchment paper and bake it at 160°C for 10 minutes. |
Apple filling
Ingredients4 large cooking apples 100g white sugar (can add more sugar if you desire) Splash of water |
MethodCook the apples, sugar and water together in a large pan until the apples have softened and started to breakdown. Spoon as much filling as desired into the vegan friendly pastry cases and pile on your hazelnut crumble and enjoy. |
