What is the lead time for a new machine?
If the machine you’ve got your eye on is in stock, you can typically expect delivery within one to two weeks - perfect for keeping your production plans moving! For bespoke or custom configurations, lead times are usually six to eight weeks, as each detail is carefully prepared to suit your needs.
What warranty is provided?
We offer a reassuring 24-month warranty on most of our machinery, giving you peace of mind while you focus on crafting something truly mouth-watering. Some specialist models may vary slightly - just ask our team for the specifics.
Can I see a machine running before making a purchase?
Of course! We know how important it is to see equipment in action. Demonstrations can be arranged through Henley Bridge - simply email us at hello@hbingredients.co.uk and we’ll happily organise this for you.
How is technical service and support handled for customers in the UK?

Which chocolate brands should be used with the machines?

Do you provide training on how to use the equipment?

Is it possible to trade in an old machine?
We do consider trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Share the brand, model and condition of your current machine with us, and we’ll explore the options together.
Moulds
Are the chocolate moulds BPA-free?
Our polycarbonate moulds do contain BPA, however they are fully EU-compliant and perfectly suitable for professional chocolate work. Designed for precision and shine, they help you achieve those beautifully glossy, irresistible finishes.
What is the minimum order quantity for moulds?
Good news - there’s no minimum order quantity. Whether you need one mould or a full production run’s worth, we’re here to support your creativity.
