They're not blondies and they're not brownies. Here we have used the new Amber chocolate from Belcolade so we have gone for the name, bronze brownies!

Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 20 Minutes | Makes 16-20 pieces (depending on size cut).



180g butter
250g caster sugar
3 whole eggs
110g plain flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Littlepod vanilla paste
180g Belcolade Amber chocolate melted
50g Becolade White chocolate chopped
50g Belcolade Amber chocolate chopped



Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla paste until white and fluffy.

Slowly add eggs to mixture 1 by 1.

Add flour and salt in stages, also adding melted amber chocolate in stages alternating between the two. 

Once all incorporated add in your chopped chocolate and mix to combine.

Transfer mixture to a greased and lined baking tin.

Bake at 180c for 20 mins (size and depth depending).
