The sourness and vivid colour of the cherry works wonderfully with the cognac and the sweetness of the prosecco.
Ingredients20ml Leonce Blanc Sour red cherry fruit puree 10ml Cognac VS 80ml Prosecco |
MethodAdd the ingredients together and stir. |
Serve
Serve in a flute glass and garnish with a cherry and a spring of mint. |
