These bars are so easy to make and can be decorated with any ingredient of your choice. In this recipe, we have used strawberry and buckwheat, which pairs beautifully with the milk chocolate.
50g roasted buckwheat
Temper the Belcolade Cacao Trace selection lait (milk) sugar reduced chocolate and spread it out on a baking paper in a 3mm thick frame.
Remove the frame immediately and put the chocolate bark on a plastic corrugated sheet.
Decorate the bark with the inclusions and leave the chocolate to crystallise.
